    Job Description
    • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
    • Prepare sales or other contracts.
    • Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
    • Appraise properties before showing them to clients.
    • Develop content for sales presentations or other materials
    • Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services
    • Liaising with clients in order to accommodate their Sales and Rental requirements until such time as the appropriate property is found.
    • Ensuring an effective working relationship with owners, developers and clients and briefing the Sales & Leasing Manger promptly on any significant issues arising from those contacts
    • Coordinating the release of advertisements in newspaper and attending calls for advertised properties. Following up on all paperwork as necessary and ensuring that accurate and up to date information is available for entry into the relevant system.
    • Preparing adequate and complete supporting documentation for submission to the Finance division to ensure accurate, timely remittances.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review and upload adverts on various property portals
    • Handle inquiries professionally
    • Propose properties by sending detailed proposals
    • Schedule and plan viewings for potential clients
    • Conduct follow-ups and successfully close deals (commissions on closed deals)
    • Understand and prepare tenancy contracts and Ejaris
